Located on the outskirts of Georgeham, Brookfield is a light, bright and airy holiday home with pleasant Devon countryside views. Georgeham is a picturesque village and the house is only a 10 minute walk from two excellent pubs, church and local post office/village stores. It is a short drive to the stunning beach at Putsborough with its unique and spectacular location and days out here are highly recommended,  The beachside cafe overlooks the surf and the expanse of golden sands which stretches all the way along to Woolacombe at the other end of the bay. Staying in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, guests can enjoy time in the ocean surf, hiking the South West Coast Path or cycling the Tarka Trail.  Nearby, the popular village of Croyde is another great spots for days out in the surf and sand dunes, perhaps followed by a visit to the ice cream parlour! Further afield you will find family attractions for great days out, ideal for those with young families.

Brookfield offers spacious accommodation with a mix of contemporary and retro furnishings and guests will feel at home as soon as they arrive. The living room has a picture window and door access to the garden. The log burner is an option for any slightly cooler evenings. The kitchen/dining room has rear patio doors and off this room is an adjoining utility room, handy for all that beach paraphernalia. Also on the ground floor is a small office with desk, for working or playing computer games. There are also two bedrooms (both doubles) a modern shower room and separate cloak room. Upstairs the double bedroom and twin bedroom are generously sized both with great countryside views. Upstairs is served by an attractive family bathroom.

The south west facing rear terrace is sure to be a popular spot to unwind at the end of each day's adventure. The steep garden drops away to the trees and the countryside view is wonderful.  So, with lazy days on the beach, surfing at award winning beaches, cream teas in picturesque nearby villages and with a comfortable holiday home to return to, no holiday will be long enough!

Separate cloakroom with WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin.  Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
