Make yourself at home in this charming 17th century cottage in the heart of Georgeham, a sought after picturesque ‘chocolate box’ village just 5 minutes from fantastic surfing beaches and dramatic coastal walks. The cottage is approached by a graveled private pathway which leads to three charming stone and slate terraced cottages.

This quaint holiday home celebrates the best of both a rural village setting and seaside convenience, the perfect holiday home for small families or couples.

living areas

The combined living room/dining area looks out onto the pretty flowerbeds at the front of the cottage. Relax and unwind amongst comfortable country-style decor, with a reclining sofa and chair in chocolate faux leather and a rocking chair. There is an extendable dining table with window seat, seating 4 people. A decorative fireplace with stove are a charming feature of this room. Home entertainment includes a TV, DVD player, DVD's, CD's, radio/CD player, games cupboard, and a book collection (includes children's books).

An attractive kitchen with shaker-style white units, a wooden work surface and slate-style tiled floor. Appliances include a touch-sensitive electric hob, electric oven, extractor unit, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetierre as well as a good supply of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery.

There is no garden, but enjoy beautiful walks from the doorstep, walk to the village playground, or head to the local pub and relax in the beer garden! And of course Putsborough beach is just over a mile away.

Roadside parking is available within 40-100 yards on Church Road or Putsborough Road opposite the school, or in the village hall car park.
