Spacious two bedroom cottage in a rural setting on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. A well appointed property offering lovely countryside views. Owners welcome guests to explore their 16 acres of pasture and woodland

Two bedroom holiday home set within the owners own 16 acre grounds with plenty of outdoor space for children and dogs to run around. A tiled entrance porch leads into the hallway with lounge of to the left and kitchen/diner on the right. The lounge has good quality comfy reclining sofas and chairs, a woodburner and lovely views over the back garden and out towards Exmoor. The kitchen is well equipped with a round table ideal for a family meal together, a conservatory is accessed through french doors off the kitchen area and has direct access to the rear garden. A utility room and ground floor WC can also be found off of the kitchen area, and is the perfect place to leave muddy boots after a ramble around the farmland. The facilities of the small market town of South Molton is just a 15 minute drive including restaurants, tea rooms and shops.  The sandy surfing beach at Saunton and the splendour of the Exmoor National Park are all less than a 30 minute drive.

    The property and location was stunning. The views outstanding. Alison was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay. The furnishings are of a very high standard and the conservatory a lovely bonus. The dogs had a lovely time exploring the garden and the extended 16 acres available to guests.
