Brand new self-catering lodge with 3 bedrooms with use of resort facilities including indoor pool, restaurants/bars (see availability calendar). Access to the surf and beach of Croyde Bay is via the sand dunes

This brand new self-catering 3 bedroom lodge has just been released for the 2018 summer season. With use of all on-site facilities including indoor pool, gym, steam room, spa pool, choice of restaurants, children’s play areas and with direct access to the magnificent surfing beach of Croyde Bay there is something for everyone at this ideally located resort.

Steps up to the main doors lead you directly into the spacious open plan kitchen/dining/ living room (see tab above for Floor plans). This sociable space provides plenty of seating be it comfy sofas in the lounge area with 32” TV or around the dining table with seating for 6. This means that no-one is excluded and even those preparing meals can join in conversations about the day’s activities.  The open-plan galley style kitchen has two separate work stations with plenty of storage and fully array of appliances. The clever design allows ample light to flood through and with clean, crisp, neutral décor the whole lodge is light, bright and airy.   French doors from the living room lead out onto the large enclosed decking, with sturdy balustrade surround, patio table and comfortable seating to enjoy alfresco dining on balmy evenings.  For cooler seasons the lodge has full central heating and there is also an electric fire with feature fire surround.

All the rooms are on one level with laminate flooring in the communal areas and carpeted bedrooms. A hallway leads off from the living room and here you will find the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.  The good size double room has its own en-suite with walk-in shower, WC and basin whilst the two twin bedded rooms (one with 2’6” beds) have use of the bathroom with combi shower over the bath and quad-fold screen, WC and basin.

Once on-site you won’t need to leave – even to access the beach as a private gateway from the grounds takes you straight onto the sand dunes which form the backdrop at the far side of the resort and onto the magnificent sandy, surfing beach. 

Accommodation: (see tab above for Floor plans) Open plan living area, 32” LCD TV and electric fire in feature fire surround. Dining area with table and 6 chairs. Fully fitted galley style kitchen with electric oven, hob, extractor fan. Integral fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.  Bedroom 1 with double and en-suite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 twin, bedroom 3 twin (2’6” beds). Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Fully enclosed decked area with patio table and comfortable seating.

Lodge Facilities and Services: Linen and towels (please provide your own beach and pool towels). Gas CH. WiFi. Regret no pets allowed. On-site parking. Travel cot and Highchair available (pre-order /payable on arrival). Short breaks available.  Please note barbecues are not permitted. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.  Arrival time is 4pm.
