Located just a 10 minute walk along the main street to Combe Martin beach, Wynnstead offers a great base to explore the village, beach and surrounding countryside which all lie within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The sand and shingle cove is ideal for a picnic on the beach or as a launch point for sea kayaking and fishing in the bay, where you may even spot a dolphin or two. Footpaths radiate out from the village along the dramatically craggy coastline heading south to Berrynarbor and north to the impressive Hangman Hills with Exmoor National Park in the distance. The South West Coastal Path and local countryside offer a range of walks from easy to challenging. A selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops can be found on the stroll down to the picturesque beach, flanked by its rock pools. The historic Grade II Pack O' Cards Inn, constructed to resemble a pack of cards, is less than a quarter of a mile from the holiday home.

Wynnstead's accommodation is arranged over three floors. The entrance is a tiled hallway which leads through to the rear of the house where the bright, attractive kitchen is located. Just off the hallway is a large and comfortable living/dining room, ideal for meals and entertaining with a good size dining table and sofas for relaxing on. BT Vision and BT Sport are provided.  You can choose to enjoy breakfast in the conservatory and the sheltered patio garden also benefits from a raised decking area, providing a place for you to sit out and enjoy the sunshine, no doubt with a refreshing drink in your hand. A barbecue is provided and there is access out to the lane via a side garden gate to the parking places in the lane. 

On the first floor, to the front, there is a large king size room with wooden floor boards and chaise longue, decorative fireplace, plus an en suite shower room. Also on this level there is a generous bathroom with centre free-standing bath and corner shower. Below on the half landing you will find the bright single bedroom with day bed. On the second floor to the rear is an attractive king size bedroom, a twin bedroom, both served by a convenient, separate shower room.   

So, with lazy days on the beach, stunning coastal path walks, plus the many other attractions in North Devon, all with a comfortable holiday home to return to, no holiday will be long enough!

Second floor: Bedroom 2 with King, Bedroom 3 with Twin. Shower room with WC and basin.
