This charming Devon Longhouse is situated in the quaint village of Combe Martin, close to shops, pubs and restaurants and within driving distance to the beach. The property has been lovingly restored retaining much of its original character including exposed stone walls, beams and an open fire in the lounge. On the ground floor there is a well equipped galley style kitchen, handy utility room, comfortable lounge area and dining room with table and chairs. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms, a King with TV and feature fireplace and two double rooms one with an extra single bed for alternative sleeping. A modern shower room has spacious walk-in shower with digital controls, full length glass screen, heated towel rail, WC and basin. There is also a family bathroom with shower over the smaller size bath and a further separate WC with hand basin.
