Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

We're lucky enough to live in a rural cottage too and so Fish Cottage felt like a home from home for us. We walked with the dogs in the woods most days and being able to pop out the garden gate and just down the lane for off-lead heaven was great. Doris and Betty (our Sealyhams) also appreciated exploring your very lovely dog friendly garden and although the weather was a bit wet and changeable the week we stayed (my sister stayed the week before and got the sunshine and blistering heat), it is a lovely garden to relax in.Spending time with family, all gathering for a wedding in Eggesford, was the main reason for our visit, but we also spent much of our time just chillin' in the cottage, walking, reading and listening to Leonard (Cohen, one of your tapes I think?). Perfect! And we had a great meal in The Duke of York, Iddesleigh too, so thanks for that recommendation.Next time we're down in Devon we will book again and I will recommend Fish Cottage to anyone looking to do the same, as, I'm sure, will my sister, who booked it the week prior to us and loved it too.

The Fish Cottage is ideally located in the countryside of mid-Devon with a short drive to the coast lines and the Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. The cottage is beautifully decorated with a close attention to details. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, the cosy atmosphere of the salons and sure the very friendly welcome from Lenice who did everything to make our stay just perfect. We have spent a wonderful week.

5 Star accommodation - we had the most wonderful 4 nights at Fish Cottage. Simply beautiful, tranquil and made to feel so welcome by Lenice and the owners.
