Wood flooring, attractive exposed stonework and original beams create a rustic country feel whilst underfloor heating, comfortable seating and a stylish modern kitchen add relaxing home from home touches. The kitchen/ diner is well equipped and views across fields and the Taw Valley beyond can be enjoyed from the lounge and outside patio. The two well finished bedrooms on the first floor are both carpeted for extra comfort and have en-suite showers.

Located just four miles from the small town of Chulmleigh, the city of Exeter is a 45 minute drive and the market town of Barnstaple only 20 minutes away. The train station at Kings Nympton is a leisurely walk or a few minutes’ drive opening up a world of daily railway adventures on the Tarka Line. Exmoor and the North Devon coastline are also a scenic drive away. The patio has seating from which to enjoy a morning coffee or a relaxed evening drink whilst watching the sun set over the surrounding hillside. The patio area is not enclosed and  leads into the sloping field.
