A bright and cheerful family holiday home, perfect for a Devon summer holiday!

This well presented home is located just a short stroll from the heart of Braunton, with its shops, vibrant cafes, restaurants and bustling village atmosphere. Within easy reach are the superb beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe.

5 bedrooms sleep 10 people, with a large sunny garden, decking, swing set, sand pit and playhouse. Other highlights include 3 bathrooms, inclusive internet access, an XBox games console, and off-street parking.

A vibrant comfy living room with plenty of seating space. There is a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, armchair and beanbag. Home entertainment includes a Samsung 4k Smart TV, Xbox One, TV recorder, Denon stereo, DVD player, selection of DVDs, books, games and a children’s toy box and play kitchen.

There is a second seating area adjacent to the dining area with a sofa, iPod dock, children's table and toys.

A bright and airy modern kitchen/dining room overlooking the garden. Cooking will be a pleasure in this very well equipped kitchen. Appliances include a fridge, separate freezer, double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, cafetiere, toaster and kettle. There is also a good supply of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

The large oak table has quirky metal chairs seating 10 people. A high chair is provided.

Children will be kept entertained for hours with the swing set, small slides, playhouse and raised sand pit.

There is off-street parking for 2 cars, but more on-street parking should you need it.
