Located in the heart of Braunton, one of North Devon’s most popular villages, you will be just a short stroll from its vibrant shops, restaurants, pubs, and bustling village life. North Devon’s most popular surfing beaches, Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough are also on your doorstep, just a short car ride away.

Old and new mix flawlessly in this laid back stylish home, and your well behaved dog is very welcome too!

living area

The spacious open plan lounge/dining room has quality hard wood flooring and is filled with attractive furnishings, as well as an original feature built-in oven. For chilly evenings there is underfloor heating and a cosy log fire (logs not included). Home entertainment includes a flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD/CD player, DVD/CD selection, sound system, WiFi internet access, books and games.

The dining table seats up to 6 people.

kitchen

The kitchen is cheerful and bright with modern blue units and everything you could need for a relaxing self catering stay. Appliances include an oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, blender, cafetiere, as well as a good choice of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. A high chair is provided.

Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with king size bed, feature fireplace and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Bedroom 2: A versatile bedroom with an elevated king size bed and a comfy double sleeper sofa underneath. Perfect for a couple or friends sharing. This room also has an original feature fireplace.

A travel cot is provided.

Family bathroom with bath, rain showerhead over, glass shower screen, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bath towels are provided.

outdoors

A rear courtyard garden with seating area, raised flower beds and a charcoal BBQ. An ideal space for storing beach gear and surfboards and rinsing out wetsuits after a day at the beach.

There is parking space for 1 car (up to 4.8m in length). There is additional parking just a short walk away.
