Penny Cottage is an attractive 16th century character cottage that has been renovated to a high standard and offers a wonderful village location for exploring North Devon's coast and countryside. Located in the quieter and characterful conservation area of the popular and vibrant village of Braunton, the cottage is within a short stroll of a variety of individual shops, cafes and restaurants. The main door opens into a cosy open plan and attractively furnished living/dining/kitchen that retains many character features including feature beams and an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. At one end a small but cleverly designed and well equipped kitchen provides everything you will need.  On the first floor there are two interconnecting attractive double bedrooms with separate, good sized shower room. Braunton is the gateway to a choice of magnificent surfing beaches including Saunton and Croyde Bay and with the Tarka Trail running through the village there are miles of level cycle ways (cycle hire available in the village) and footpaths around the estuary towards Barnstaple and Instow.

Steep stairs to Bedroom 1 with Double, with access through to a small shared landing, Bedroom 2 with Double and separate shower room with large walk in shower, wash basin and WC.
