Excellent properties. We have stayed at no12 and no4 and both were of an excellent standard in every respect. I would highly recommend these properties to anyone wishing to have a relaxing, comfortable holiday. Thankyou.

We stayed at No. 12 Ocean Point at Saunton Sands in April 2014. Booking on line could not of been easier and the having keys at the property was a bonus saving time collecting from an agent. The apartment had wonderful views of Saunton Sands from the open plan living room and master bedroom. A clean and well appointed apartment, tastfully decorated. Nice to have high speed internet available although information on logging on could have been better. It was slightly disappointing that no Sky channels were available on the tv as was advertised. Overall a very relaxing short break and the wonderful spring weather was a bonus. Thank you Mr P Rugby

Wonderful accommodation, all things we could ask for, even a Wii for the kids to play. Cleanliness was superb and we felt really well cared for. Location very close to the beach can't be beat. Will come back very soon.
