A great family holiday home with wonderful estuary and sea views in this popular village.

View Point is located in a quiet lane with wonderful far reaching views over the village towards the Taw and Torridge estuaries and the impressive three mile expanse of the dunes of Braunton Burrows with the ocean beyond. The nearby beaches of Saunton and Croyde are a short trip in the car, Saunton has a cafe and shop and you can also hire a beach hut for the day. Braunton itself, a few minutes stroll downhill, offers a great selection of individual shops, family-friendly cafes and restaurants. The village has easy access to the Tarka Trail cycle path, which follows the route of the old railway line along the coast. Further afield you will find amusement parks and other family attractions. The Victorian town of Ilfracombe provides boat trips including trips to Lundy Island. View Point is a great base for a family summer holiday to remember.

A well-equipped kitchen together with a relaxing lounge area and adjoining south-facing conservatory mean that there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. The two double bedrooms are on the first floor with the two bedrooms furnished with bunk beds (suitable for children only) located on the top floor (Please note: no more than 4 adults per stay)  Relax in the south-facing front garden and admire the view over a leisurely breakfast or perhaps enjoying a drink at the end of another action packed day.  The holiday home is semi-detached, the rear garden is a delight for the children with outdoor play equipment and toys. A selection of indoor toys will also keep them entertained. In the bunk bed bedrooms you will find more toys and books and a selection of DVDs and games plus a Wii console in the living area.

A kayak, life jackets, a selection of wetsuits, surfboards and body boards are available for you to enjoy the beach.  From the welcome gifts to the leisure equipment on offer, the owners have made every effort to make View Point a memorable holiday experience for you and your family.  *Please note: no more than 4 adults per stay*

Through to Living area with gas fire, TV, Sky Q and Amazon Firestick, DVD, Wii console and games. Conservatory. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double, TV/DVD, Sky Q. Bedroom 2 with Double. Bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Second floor: Bedroom 3 and 4 with childrens double bunks
