Little Stream provides a good base from which to discover North Devon's fabulous sandy beaches, coastline and countryside

Located in the small village of Knowle, Little Stream provides a good base from which to discover the fabulous beaches and stunning scenery of North Devon. You can opt to drive to Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough or Woolacombe beaches. A local pub serving a good selection of food is just a short stroll away. Just over a mile away is Braunton offering a great selection of individual shops, family-friendly cafes and restaurants. The Tarka Trail cycle path is also close by. Further afield you will find amusement parks and other family attractions. The Victorian town of Ilfracombe provides boat trips including trips to Lundy Island.

Little Stream has several unique features. Outside, the stream which runs the length of the garden is partially covered by decking with viewing panels. There is a covered decking area adjacent to the kitchen patio door. There is further undercover comfortable seating in the enclosed garden. Here guests can enjoy a barbecue, relax in the sun or wind down with a glass of wine in the evening. Inside is a sauna for guests looking to unwind after a day's activities in the surf or out exploring the area. There are four bedrooms available for up to a maximum of six guests giving flexible sleeping arrangements.

The living room features a log burner and there is a separate dining room (which doubles as a pool table for additional entertainment). A double bedroom, plus a shower room (with the hidden sauna) are also on the ground floor. The house is serviced by solar thermal water and downstairs has underfloor heating.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, including the master with King-size bed, the room benefitting from a balcony. The other two bedrooms are a Twin and Single, all rooms served by a family bathroom.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hallway. Living room with Sky TV (basic package)/DVD and wood burner. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and TV. Dining room with detachable table top with pool table underneath. Bedroom 2 with Double. Shower room with WC and basin. Through to hidden Sauna Room. First floor: Landing. Bedroom 1 with King and balcony. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bedroom 4 with Single. Bathroom with corner bath, separate shower cubicle and WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Bed Linen and towels.  Highchair and travel cot. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Garden furniture. Barbecue. 2 pets accepted. No smoking. Private parking for 2 cars on driveway and at side of house. £100 refundable security deposit. No short breaks. Arrival time is 4pm. Arr/ Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
