The Folly in Bratton Fleming (Devon) is a romantic riverside retreat. This holiday cottage offers luxurious holiday accommodation for up to two guests, ideal for a special occasion or if you just want to escape the pressures of everyday life and indulge yourself.
Accommodation
The kitchen is compact yet well-equipped and includes a ceramic hob (two rings), a combination oven/microwave/grill and larder fridge with freezer compartment. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a selection of cookware and kitchen utensils plus beautiful china, glass and cutlery.
The television, DVD, and radio are all discreetly placed.
Wifi is available throughout the property.
An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are all provided for your convenience.
Please note, there is no mobile phone reception due to the location of the property.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The Folly has central heating which will be programmed for you, yet can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Beautiful White Company bed linen, duvets, large fluffy towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own outdoor/beach towels.
Tea, coffee and sugar will be provided. There may also be other non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and oil available.
Household sundries such as toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, tea towels will also be provided.

A perfect retreat for the Xmas period. Quality of furnishings, bedding and facilities were perfect. Lovely quiet setting. Lovely welcome with prosecco and mince pies! Thoughtful with provision of towels for the dogs. Close to the park and the zoo! Would book again!

Wij waren met z'n tweetjes en een hond. Heerlijk rustige omgeving en goede uitvalsbasis voor trips in de omgeving. Wandelroutes om de hoek om de hond uit te laten en zelf te wandelen. Alles is voorhanden en het huisje is schoon. Bed is prima, keuken voldoende, douchen in bad vind ik zelf minder .... Wij waren met z'n tweetjes en een hond. Bed is prima, keuken voldoende, douchen in bad vind ik zelf minder handig, maar dan ga je gewoon lekker in bad. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep uistekend. Bij aankomst was er brood, melk en boter. Dat geeft een prettig welkom. Kortom, een aanrader.
