To the front of the house is a large grassy meadow sloping gently down to the bubbling stream (unfenced, small children beware). Behind you'll find the private hot tub with a pergola, decked terrace and table and chairs. Just six miles from Exeter and close to the Exe estuary there is plenty to see and do nearby. The 3,500 acre Haldon Forest Park, Powderham Castle/gardens are within a 10 minute drive, or for fun in the sun why not try the sandy beach at Dawlish Warren or Crealy Adventure Park. Sure to please the whole family, Waterside is a luxurious base in a brilliantly accessible area for exploring the coast, country and city or for simply enjoying time with your loved ones in beautiful, rural surroundings.

Kenn is a small, pretty rural village with excellent thatched pub just 5 miles to the west of Exeter and 6 miles from the splendid beach at Dawlish Warren.
