The Annexe at Valley View Farm is a quaint property situated in the coastal village of Uplyme with spectacular views of the surrounding rolling hills. The Annexe has a characterful beamed combined living / dining / bedroom area with feature wood burning stove and separate kitchen and bathroom. Being on the ground floor The Annexe may be the perfect choice for less able visitors (although there are steps in the property). A patio area at the front of the property, sheltered by a stunning magnolia tree is the perfect position in which to enjoy an alfresco meal and soak up the peace and tranquillity of the garden. The village of Uplyme has a petrol station / small supermarket selling basic provisions along with local produce. You may enjoy a walk from Valley View to Lyme Regis, following the old river bed which takes approximately 30 minutes and, as the return is uphill, you may alternatively take a bus back. By car Lyme Regis town centre with its charming shops is around 5 minutes away. Do visit one of the specialist fossils shops and the acclaimed Town Mill bakery with its mouth-watering selection of pastries. There are a variety of restaurants including the renowned Hix's Oyster and Fish House. The beach, adjacent to the town has a wide sandy expanse and is bordered by a selection of refreshment stalls. Valley View Annexe is perfectly positioned to enjoy the views and air of the countryside, being situated by a Public Bridle path and surrounded by a number of public footpaths, whilst being just a short way from the beach and town at Lyme Regis. There are stables available near to the Annexe and you are welcome to bring your own horse. Whilst at Leys it may be possible to take a pottery class designed to explore and develop creativity in all ages and abilities. Please enquire on booking.

*The Annexe is adjoined to the owners' property and shares a large garden with designated garden furniture. There is not a washing machine at the property but you are welcome to use the owners washing machine at the Farm House next door*
