This is a definite "party house" with such a wonderfully big living/eating/cooking space. The extra kitchen proved to be fantastically useful too. Extremely comfortable beds and lots of much appreciated "extras" with games/DVDs etc.""

""The Barn is a very large well equipped property ideally suited to family get togethers. Aga cooking for a novice was a challenge but the results were edible! Typical Devon narrow lanes and a ford (depending on the route taken) lead to the property, but the journey was worth it! Owners and staff were very friendly.""

""Wadden farm and staying at the Barn fulfilled all our expectations. Three generations thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every day was an adventure kite flying at Branscoombe, crabbing at Beer, children running in and out of the sea at Sidmouth. Swan pedelo was a great hit. Our youngest grandson cried when we put him in the car to go home...he wanted to stay. This location is escapism, how they loved the animals. Happy days...""

""This property definitely had the 'wow' factor. Beautifully clean, the owners have thought of absolutely everything. Our party of 11 (ages 17 - 59) didn't really want to leave the house. So comfortable, so much to do (or not) and the hot tub was very well used. Even cooking for 11 every day was a pleasure, the kitchen was so well equipped and organised, and an AGA!!!
