Stoneleigh Village sits adjacent to Devon’s famous Donkey Sanctuary, a recognized tourist attraction and can be found within walking distance of their main headquarters at Slade House.

Daffodil is a spacious and modern holiday cottage. The paintwork is clean and bright and the furniture is modern and sensible - not too much but more than ample wardrobes and drawer space. All furniture is solid and practical and the wardrobe had a locking drawer in the bottom. All crockery and cutlery was clean and the linen was spotless. There are some nice bits around which are enough to make it feel homely but not too much to get in the way. One can park right outside the front door. A very peaceful location with rabbits to watch and birds to listen to! A short walk along the country lane takes you to the donkey sanctuary, which is open free of charge dawn to dusk.

A lovely quiet location right near the Donkey Sanctuary! Lovely views and wildlife. If you are after peace and quiet this is the place for you! The accommodation was very comfortable for the two of us. This is my second time here - it was very enjoyable!
