What staff? The park was empty. If I had of known there would have been nothing open no club house no activity no shop ect I wouldn't have book we were very disappointed when we turned up and everything was closed. The lodge itself was great it was spacious the hot tub was a great addition there's a few things in the lodge that need attention as in the carpets stained and coming away from the edging and there's a few marks around the place but it's still a great lodge. The park was the let down and the theme park it was a joke there was about 6 things open on the park everything else was closed or under matinance the 2 food options you had were a joke they either weren't serving or had ran out of something then when we did order we had to wait 30 mins for the food which for the price was awful there was a lot of people complaining inside the food hall. If you could move the lodge to another place it would be great but as you can't we won't be returning.

We stayed in Meadow View lodge MV1. Lodge was lovely and very well furnished, good standard of cleanliness throughout on arrival. We loved the hot tub and outdoor seating area as we were fortunate to have good weather. Didn’t use any of the site facilities so can’t really comment on those but site is in a good location with plenty to explore within a short drive.

We stayed in the Meadow View lodge (2bed) with hot tub. On arrival we were met at the car and given check in details. Then directed to lodge. Then option to scanQR code and an APP fir alloark information (so not so good if you don’t have technology?) Inside lodge there was a timetable of events / entertainment that week.Lodge was lovely and clean and nicely decorated. Outside was clean and hot tub all ready to use on arrival. Kitchen well stocked and with plastic wine and drinking glasses for the hot tub (have been elsewhere that didn’t!路‍♀️) Mitchen equipment all worked well - induction hob efficient, two ovens, grill, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also dishwasher. Park provides 1 tablet, so if you are planning on using every day - bring some. A small amount of washing up liquid also provided along with a rubber, cloth and tea towel. Nice large bin for a weeks worth of rubbish. Couldn’t find a hairdryer? May be able to borrow from reception? We didn’t actually make use of the evening entertainment so any comment on that or the bar area. Went to the shop - very small and very basic stock. So come prepared. Supermarket s around but not immediate area. There is a fabulous farm shop nearby which has lots of very lovely food (and live crabs/ lobsters which kids might like to see) but pricey as you’d expect. But great butchers and fishmongers! Site very quiet in the evenings (we were far away from reception/bar) and lovely pleasant countryside setting. We also had the unlimited entry to Crealy which is fabulous for popping into ! We tended to go 10-12 ish while quiet then out and about in the afternoon. Can come and go as you please. Our boys are aged 12 & 15 and enjoyed the bigger rides but fairly tame. Ideal for younger ones as lots to do! I’d recommend Crealy for a relaxing holiday especially if you like a theme park. It would definitely benefit from having an outdoor pool though!
