To the front is a small lawned garden with picnic table, you’re welcome to wander the estate home to horses, alpacas, sheep and free-range chickens. You'll want to explore the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with little villages and country pubs. Further afield you can ride on tram at Seaton, and the fossil hunting beaches of the Jurassic Coast are within easy reach. A welcoming, rural base from which to explore this fabulous area.

Honiton is a delightful market town in East Devon, with plenty to offer visitors. It lies in the valley of the River Otter and is surrounded by rolling Devon hills, green wooded valleys and plenty of scattered farming villages.
