A well presented first floor apartment with spectacular panoramic sea views accross Lyme Bay. The apartment is in a substantial listed period building on the favoured western side of Seaton close to Seaton Hole which has its own beach.

Westcliffe View is finished to a high standard and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your self catering holiday. The accommodation offers : Reception hall, sitting and living room with impressive large bow sash window, galley kitchen, well fitted bathroom and double bedroom. There is a dedicated parking space for the use of guests and although this property does not have any outside space thee are well tended public gardens adjacent to this property as well as a path directly to the beach which is 75 meters away.

The town centre is a short walk from the apartment and offers a good range of independent shops, cafe's, restaurants and supermarkets as well as the mile long shingle and sand beach. The River Axe has an interesting estuary which is a wildlife haven for native and migrating birds which can be observed from several hides built for this purpose. There is also the Seaton Tram which follows the estuary stopping at Colyford and terminating at Colyton and is an excellent way to see the Axe Valley and surrounding area.
