On the first floor, a sunny, comfy living room (TV/DVD/video) with straight-to-sea view and double sliding windows to wrought iron balcony; twin bedroom, and bathroom (suite, shower over bath). On the second floor, a double bedroom (5' bed) with sea view and en suite shower-room (suite), and another twin. No children under 10, except pre-crawling babies (balcony danger). An easy, convenient house, close to Seaton's amenities and in an excellent seafront position.

    "We booked this property mostly for the view and we were delighted with both the view and the house. Perfect location for walks along the seafront. The house had everything we needed (including a loo on all three levels). Easy parking. Quick access to shops and supermarket. Seaton is well located for visiting surrounding areas."
