Silver Birch 1 is a great base if you’re after a relaxing break with the family. The open plan layout makes for a spacious and sociable environment. The well equipped kitchen opens out to a homely living space and a dining area with peaceful views of the surrounding parkland.
The master bedroom, with separate dressing area and en suite bathroom, is spacious and contemporary, whilst the second bedroom, a twin, is great for children or adults. There is also cenrtal heating throughout.
On the patio at the back of the lodge, you’ll find your very own private hot tub – ultimate relaxation, whatever the weather. The patio is also a great setting for evening meals during sunnier months.
Within the grounds is a selection of brilliant facilities at your disposal. For the warmer months, a large heated outdoor swimming pool and children's paddling pool with sun terrace is available for you to soak up the sun. Swimming is not restricted to just the summer months as the beautiful Finnish Pine clad indoor pool is open all year.
Silver Birch 1 is perfectly situated to enjoy many of the attractions within Devon, Dorset and Somerset. Within a half an hour drive of Pinewood Holiday Homes, you'll find the stunning gardens of Pecorama, the Beer Quarry Caves, Crealy Great Adventure Park and Bicton Park. The World of Country Life at Exmouth is also within easy reach, where you will find stunning gardens and over two acres of indoor attractions and play areas.

...We are a family of 4 with 2 boys, 7 & 3. The property itself is in excellent condition. It looks like the newest lodge on the site. It has all the facilities you need for a week's holiday although we would have MUCH preferred a dishwasher rather than a washing machine - that really is the only criticism we could make about the lodge. Pinewood Holiday Homes is on a lovely site - very well maintained, peaceful and quiet. The green space outside the lodge includes a putting green and a small playground which is great for the kids. The 2 pools could not be more convenient. The indoor pool is the massive advantage of this site - entertaining kids on rainy days could not be simpler. Silver Birch 1 also has a private hot tub which is an added bonus. The staff running the site are friendly and helpful. Pinewood is in a very convenient location. The Lyme Regis park & ride is close by and at £5 a day is by far the best way to get to the sandy beach there. Other nearby attractions are the seaside towns of Seaton, Beer, Branscombe & Sidmouth. Colyford nearby has a great village shop & Seaton has a large Tesco store. There are takeaways in Seaton that will deliver to Pinewood if you don't fancy cooking. The Heritage Centre at Charmouth runs excellent fossil walks where you are guaranteed to find fossils. We can also recommend renting kayaks at Seaton Bay Watersports. We had a fantastic week despite the weather being typically British on a couple of days. We would definitely do it again. Submitted by Jon on 04/09/2016

...really enjoyed 7 nights at Pinewood. It is a small site with friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool is good, and warm enough for little ones- we went every day. We had a hot tub which was great, and very clean, as was everything else. Had a Sainsburys delivery the first night we got there. Silver Birch Lodge was comfy and well equipped., I think it is one of the better standard on this site. Washing machine was good and tumble dryers in the launderette room was useful. Little ones loved the little playground and was good to be able to see them running around on the grass outside our lodge. We visited Sealife at Weymouth, Seaton Tramway, Pecorama, all of which the kids loved. Lyme Regis is fab, lovely walks and a great visit to the Dinosaur and Fossil Museum. Seaton beach is lovely and there is a big Tesco if you need supplies. All in all a great trip, thank you Pineview. Submitted by Tout on 10/04/2016

...and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The lodge was just as we expected and the hot tub was amazing. My only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough. Would highly recommend booking a holiday with blue chip this was our second break through them and they have always been helpful and have very beautiful properties on their sites!
