About this property

... in the centre of Rewe, a semi-detached cottage, one of several converted from old stone barns  belonging to what was once the ancient farmstead of Rewe Barton, with its own enclosed, lawned garden (table/chairs) to the front.

Inside, a stylish family home with unusual original features. Hall with brick wall curving round to spacious L-shaped open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, range-style dual-fuel cooker) with slate floor, ‘living flame’ gas fire, TV/DVD, French windows to the garden from one end and more French windows to a gravelled sitting-out area (table/chairs) from the other. Useful storage room. Loo (washbasin). Upstairs, vaulted ceiling with beams and three bedrooms – the master double with en suite shower-room (suite) and big French windows to balustrade with long countryside views; another double with balustrade, and a twin (2’6” beds linkable to 5’ double). Family bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). Study/snug with desk, VDU/DVD and beanbags. A great central base for exploring all parts of Devon

    "Superb ,sums it up"

"The welcome from Mandy was lovely, and the tea, coffee and biscuits were most appreciated. The cottage was lovely and was in a great location to get out and about. However the only issue we had was although the cottage was set off the road there was road noise, we possibly noticed it more as we live is a quiet cul de sac."
