There’s a bright, open feel to Water’s Edge, which makes it a relaxing setting for a Devon escape with friends or as a family. Thanks to its setting right beside the lake, you’ll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of home as soon as you step inside and fling open the French doors.

Floor to ceiling windows flood the open plan living area with natural light, and you’ll be able to enjoy the waterside setting whether you’re curled up on the sofa or taking your time over a leisurely brunch at the dining table.

When the fresh air beckons, step outside onto your decking to enjoy a moment with the lake views, and we can’t think of a better way to start each day than sipping on your coffee while the sun rises behind the lake. Just imagine lazy summer days spent enjoying the sun on the decking while the water calmly laps the shore nearby. And, for those evenings that are all about staring up at the stars and forgetting the rest of the world, you’ll find your own hot tub waiting to welcome you after a busy day.

Water’s Edge is found on the peaceful Lakeview Manor estate, right in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Devon. The market town of Honiton is just a short drive away, and the Blackdown Hills are perfect for walkers.
There are ongoing works Monday - Friday on the site to build four new lodges. This work is anticipated to last until early summer and may cause some disruption during your stay.
