For both, access is down 5 steps at the front, or via a longer but level route at the back (doorstep). Spring water. Local caterers can be recommended. Immaculate cottages, only 5 minutes’ drive from the A30 and ¾ mile leafy lane walk to a pub.
Grove Cottage (see arrow): from garden, door to open-plan living/dining/kitchen (slimline dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer) with sofa bed, woodburner and TV/DVD. Stairs up to a double bedroom with plenty of room for a cot; bathroom (suite with separate shower).
