...in a quiet location not too far from the town centre. Exmouth is a good honest seaside town with plenty of independent shops and places to eat. The beach is great with views across to Torbay. Exmouth is a good base for exploring East Devon. Submitted by Mr Smith on 15/11/2015

...easily parked in front of the property. Brian gave us a warm welcome, which included strawberries and cream, Danish pastries and doughnuts. The upstairs flat was large and welcoming, marked by the landing which featured an expansive coloured glass window and had been cleverly transformed into the kitchen. The bright master bedroom was furnished with a very comfortable king size bed and included an en suite. The living area was large, well furnished and looked out onto Exmouth and the sea. Located in a pleasant and leafy residential area, the flat was about 10 minutes walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the town centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Upper Knutsford and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet and comfortable stay in Exmouth. Submitted by David on 20/07/2015
