A beautifully restored and extended Wellhouse, set in 15 acres of grounds with a lake, stream and woodland located near Lyme Regis in West Dorset. The Wellhouse features an architect designed 70m square extension with contemporary open kitchen and open plan kitchen and living space designed and built by award winning furniture designer James Verner (www.jamesverner.co.uk). This tranquil haven sits in an elevated position and shows the magnificent views of the south facing large terrace and lawn to the hills of East Devon and beyond. Located at the end of a bumpy secluded track that takes one over a stream to park by a tranquil lake which in particular provides a wonderful space to unwind and relax with hammocks strewn between the trees.

After exploring the world heritage site of the Jurassic Coast with first class sailing and water sports, mountain and road biking and walking merely a stone’s through from the front door, guests can return back to this serene setting and relax with a glass of wine whilst watching the local wildlife ranging from dragonflies to duck, heron, moorhen and even the occasional cormorant.
