Musbury village has a good general store, post office and traditional pub and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage farm is close by. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a haven for walkers with many footpaths and quiet laneways criss-crossing the local countryside. The property is only about 3 miles from the coast at Axmouth and the pretty West Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis is just a 10 minute drive away.

Just a 15 minute drive away are the popular Jurassic Coastal towns of Charmouth, Lyme Regis and West Bay.  This property is just 3 miles from the bustling town of Axminster and close by is Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Canteen and Deli.  There are plenty of delightful local walks and bridleways on the doorstep.

Discover the history and heritage of Axminster town at the local museum, explore the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, walk for miles in the stunning countryside and ancient woodlands, and explore the Axe Valley rivers – spotting otters and kingfishers along the way.
