The Shippon is a converted barn which forms part of a small farmstead, Wyke Farm. The property offers stunning countryside views and is located just a short distance from the market town of Axminster as well as being within a short drive to the famous River Cottage.

Internally, the property features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The dining area is separated by one step from the living and kitchen area and all is furnished to a very high standard. The main patio doors lead to the private patio which features a table, chairs, deck chairs and a barbeque.

Please note: The property operates a Friday changeover all year round. Short breaks are available but must arrive or depart on a Friday or Monday.

Living:

Spacious and open plan with the kitchen area with one step leading to the dining area.

Access via the patio doors to the private furnished patio.

Furnished with two sofas seating six, side tables, book shelves, flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio and iPod docking station.

Dining area features a table and seating for six.

Featuring an electric oven with grill, electric hob, integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Complete with a full range of utensils and accessories including a microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere.

An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are available.

A high chair is provided.

The beaches of Seaton and Lyme Regis are within a ten minute drive as well as the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.River Cottage has given millions of TV viewers a taste for cooking and sustainable living since 1998 and the River Cottage HQ and the Canteen is found just half a mile from Wyke Farm where many events take place for you to enjoy.
