All our needs were catered for. Dog friendly as well. Thank you for the wine and bakewell tart on arrival. A good place to stay to be able to explore the area. Would definetly recomomend the cottage and will be back.

We love that it’s dog friendly and has a nice location but it does feel quite basic and I never feel particularly comfortable. The furniture isn’t great and the bed and pillows are just awful. I don’t look forward to relaxing in the cottage very much. The wine and cake were much appreciated but a couple of tea bags and basic cooking equipment would have been nice (no oil that I could find, salt had run out). The shower is very dribbly. That said, it is very fairly priced for what it is and brilliant if you have dogs and bikes and well set up for muddy walkers.
