Particularly suited us to have a ground floor bedroom and shower room alongside the dogs in the hallway for one couple, with first floor as a separate sleeping/bathroom arrangement. Immediate surrounds are dog friendly and secure, with easy access to walks from the field. We had a really relaxing few days away and look forward to coming again.

Only thing I would say is Internet connection is poor and could do with improving as one of us needed to check emails etc whilst away The cabin is very good .

Excellent communication from owner who was very informative and helpful. Very clean on arrival and very well maintained inside and out. Equipped with everything you could possibly need and of very good quality. Heating easily adjusted to preferred temperature and warm and cosy, constant hot water. The downstairs bedroom and shower room an absolute bonus, as was the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the adjoining building . Beds very comfortable. Bigger than it looks on the pictures. Wifi and phone signal intermittent. Area is lovely and although just off the main A6 it felt very secluded as fully screened from the road, very private and not overlooked from any side. Lovely walks just across the road along the canal towpath which suits both seasoned walkers as there are more challenging routes leading off and those just wanting a casual stroll as it is safe and flat. Would highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you for an excellent break.
