A lovely, stone-built, terraced cottage, on the edge of the delightful village of Crich in the Peak District. This is a delightful cottage for a romantic break in a charming village surrounded by beautiful countryside. This charming holiday home offers a delightful mix of old and new, with oak beams throughout the lower floor, and a woodburner in the cosy sitting room. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the bedrooms make a welcoming retreat after a day out. Set just off the main street, Joseph’s Cottage is ideally located to wander around the village of Crich, with its market square and old traditional pubs, and it is also just a short walk to the Crich Tramway Museum. Outside, an enclosed garden provides a quiet spot in which to relax and enjoy the peace. An excellent base for walking and exploring the Peak District, close by are the Arkwright Mills, market towns of Bakewell and Matlock and not forgetting the imposing Chatsworth House and delightful Haddon Hall. With so much to do in the surrounding area, you'll wish you stayed longer!

The village of Crich in the Peak District offers many shops and pubs, plus a visit tothe National Tramway Museum is a must. Walkers are well catered for with a number of walks from the village. Just seven miles away is the town of Matlock, which boasts shops, pubs, restaurants and Gulliver's Kingdom. Crich is an ideal base from which to explore and visit many attractions.
