Perfect correspondence with the owner. Much appreciated treats and little touches. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again

We were a bit concerned as there are not a huge amount of photos on the site but the bedrooms and bathrooms are great! We (family of 5 adults plus our dog) stayed over Christmas and there was a beautifully decorated real tree and some special welcome gifts. The enclosed garden was dog friendly. The views and local walk to the Bay were just perfect! Everything worked well in the house. Warm and cosy and spacious. We often come to see family in this area so know it well. Ulverston is a lovely market town and it’s a great jump off point to the Lakes. We’d love to come back to this property. Thank you for having us.

The house was clean and warm on arrival with lots of thoughtful extras. As others have said, the bed was comfy and the fire was an added bonus with wood and kindling already in place for us to use. We would definitely recommend this house whether a couple like us or a family!
