" We had an email asking for the security deposit a week before it was due, no please, no thank you, no hope you have a good time. Ignored it as it wasn't due, got a follow up email the following Monday (still 5 days early) asking why I hadn't paid it, replied that it wasn't due so I'd not paid yet, no email back to accept this. Arrived at the cottage to find the internet was switched off, walked to the road to use mobile data to email the owner, they didn't respond. Rang the service company the next day, they said they would get in touch with the owners to resolve. Got back to a note saying they were trying to resolve the issue, this was a complete lie as the router was still in the box, inactivated in the utility room cupboard. Not a holiday ruined by any means but we've paid for something so expect for it to be there or at the least not lied to about why it is not. "

" Very lovely cottage. View each morning was simply uplifting. The sounds of the sheep and the argumentative crows was a joy to behold instead of the usual traffic noise we are treated to every day at home ! An idyllic location. Cute village with a good pub with an amazing menu. Loved it. "
