Lovely lodge great location. Few points: Bed very uncomfortable, crack in bath , ignition switch on hob broken. No temperature gauge on oven. No instructions on how to use shower in bath. Carbon monoxide alarm out of date. Broken breeze blocks by water feature. Garden could me more secure to be dog friendly when in hot tub. Issue was raised with staff with safety of the boiler being not compliant with gas safe regulations.No action was taken by staff. Flue not sealed correctly. Boiler loosing pressure daily. Helen brought our robes straight away when we messaged to say they weren’t in the lodge. Positive points: lovely location. Really clean lodge. It was so nice to have tea,coffee, milk on arrival and the extra special treat of the famous Cartmel sticky toffee pudding. Would visit here again.
