The holiday village is located by the foothills of Blencathra Fell and was originally converted from an 18th century Cumbrian Farm, the village boasts an outstanding facilities including a bar and a la carte restaurant plus downstairs you will find a heated indoor swimming pool, childrens splash pool, spa bath, sauna, steam room, gym and table tennis. Within the village you will also find a crazy golf course, putting greens, giant outdoor draughts/chess board, children’s adventure play area and laundry room and holistic therapy treatment centre. This popular holiday village is only a 15 minutes’ drive from Ullswater, one of the Lake Districts most romantic lakes. The reception provides DVD rental, tourist information service and free Wi-Fi in the bar. The historic town of Penrith is 10 minutes away and Lake Windermere is less than an hour’s drive.

The Ullswater apartments are the newest and most luxurious addition to the village and have been constructed, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Built as an extension to the existing leisure centre the apartments feature design statements and themes consistent with the leisure facilities.

The apartments are all identically furnished and include continental breakfast for each nights stay. The studios overlook the village and car park.
