The views from the main window over the estuary are stunning .This place has easy access to the coastal path to Arnside and within easy walking distance to Arnside Station .We really enjoyed our stay and hope we can come and stay again soon it made us feel very rested and relaxed especially as we had lovely sunny weather in March a bonus indeed.

Good local amenities and plenty of walks from the doorstep. Easy to find and park. Lovely views from a big bay window, maybe the owners would consider moving the table and putting a sofa instead as the view is a bit hidden in the lounge seating area. Lovely bed linen and towels with added bonus dressing gowns provided which is a rare gem. Super comfy bed. Good quality crockery provided - maybe a couple of small frying pans would be useful or bring your own. Lovely outside space to enjoy if the weather is good. Very good Wi-Fi connection provided.
