The location is great and home is spacious and well equipped. Our children loved seeing the ponies and sheep just outside.

Thereâs everything youâd need for a family holiday, with a well appointed kitchen and washer / dryer. The rooms are all large, with loads of built in storage and we found the beds comfortable. Nigel came and introduced himself at the start, and was very welcoming. It was a nice touch to have some of the basics (tea, coffee, bread, washing up liquid and even shower gel) put out for us. Iâd highly recommend a stay here. Youâre not right âonâ one of the Lakes, but we preferred the quieter setting and everythingâs just a short drive away. Thereâs a lot of footpaths and local walks immediately around the farm, if youâre more active than us.
