This stylish Victorian property retains much of its original and interesting architectural features. Climb the grand solid carved oak staircase in the ´Great Hall´ to a set of well-equipped, luxurious and welcoming bedroom suites each with their own sitting areas, where you can retire to enjoy your own space. They even have their own kitchens and dining areas too if you should want to enjoy a private breakfast or quiet moment.There is plenty of entertainment for you too, to enjoy during your downtime as each suite comes with WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime and DVD players. Three double ensuited rooms are available on the ground floor of the property to help with less abled guests. Outside you have ample private and safe parking. The magnificent tiered gardens which lead to a public footpath taking you to the local village and with plenty of other pet-friendly walks in the area your furry friends can enjoy their own holiday too! Staffield Hall has its own hot tub positioned to offer privacy whilst still affording super views of the surrounding countryside. Kirkoswald is situated in the Eden Valley and is ideally placed for exploring the Lake District and the North Pennines. There are two pubs, a 12th century church, a shop and Post Office. The River Eden runs nearby and the area is renowned for its trout and salmon fishing, along with walking, cycling, canoeing and climbing. The scenery of both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales National Parks are within reach, making Kirkoswald a convenient place to stay.

Sleeping a total of 24 people across 8 luxury Suites giving a total of 12 bedrooms with exclusive access and use of this magnificent building, its land and gardens.
2 suites each with standard double bed room with fully fitted ensuite shower room.
2 suites each with King size studio style room and with a separate bed room besides, so sleeping 4 guests.

One has a fully fitted shower room the other a full bathroom with shower over.
3 suites with superking size double bed room (these can be made in to twin beds upon request) each with ensuite shower room.
1 x very large ground floor family suite called Manor Hall.

This has 2 superking sized bed rooms and 1 x king size bed room.

All bedrooms are fully ensuite This apartment also has the benefit of the communal lounge, and Kitchen area for the group to meet in and socialise making use of its dining room to seat a maximum of 24 guests.
Each individual suite has its own kitchenette and lounge area.

Each suite has TV, DVD, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Telephone, free Wifi.
