Lowbyer Manor is a Georgian Manor House and is perfect for guests looking to explore the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the North Pennines’ incredible views and walks. Alston is situated on the Coast to Coast cycle route. All bedrooms have TVs and ensuites.

Bar area: Cosy bar area with inglenook fireplace and gas fire, full sky and sky sports. Please note that the actual bar containing alcohol will not be available for guests.

Kitchen and utilities: Fully equipped kitchen with 2 gas range cookers with gas rings and gas ovens, 2 larder fridges, 2 freezers, dish washer, glass washer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing boards, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bathroom: Toilets on ground floor, 7 x en suite shower rooms, 5 x en suite bathrooms.

Outside: The informal gardens have garden furniture, views over the fells and is the perfect habitat for wildlife. Please note, the garden is not enclosed.

Parking: Off road parking.

General: WiFi. Garage for bike storage. Free golf at Alston Golf Club - guest passes can be issued on request by the homeowner. Toilets on the ground floor. 2 travel cots. 1 high chair. Hair dryers.

Pets: 4 well behaved dogs welcome at an extra charge per week, by prior arrangement only. Please note, dogs are only allowed in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. Dogs must not be allowed in the kitchen or the dining room. Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly to arrange payment.
