Stepping through the living area, you will arrive at the two immaculately presented bedrooms, both with fresh white décor and classy en-suite shower rooms making you feel right at home. Take your time to explore all that Brampton has to offer, including a fabulous range of shops, restaurants and cafés to discover. To keep yourself busy, head to the beautiful Murray Park for a picnic or head to one of the many historical buildings for some fascinating facts. Carlisle, the county town of Cumbria, is just 10 miles away and makes for the most wonderful day out with its incredible architecture, shops and restaurants. The town boasts a history going back to the Roman times. In the centre of the town is Moot Hall, built in 1817, and now houses the Tourist Information Centre. A few miles away is Talkin Tarn Country Park. It covers 120 acres of land, 65 of which make up a 10,000 year old glacial lake. 2 miles away is Gelt Woods, a woodland and rspb nature reserve and has the River Gelt running through it. Brampton is a wonderful base for exploring this historic and scenic area.
