The common is home to an 18 hole golf course where visitors are welcome. Cows roam freely on the common in the summer months and can often be seen wandering through the village. Box is a perfect base for exploring the local area, with Gatcombe a 5 minute drive, and Cheltenham, Bath and Bristol all less than an hour's drive away. There are also great rail connections from Stroud to London, Cheltenham and Gloucester. Make the most of this beautiful setting all year round.
