Guests say

The Coach House in Tetbury offers a delightful stay with its clean, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation. Guests consistently praise the property's prime location for exploring the Cotswolds, the luxurious hot tub, and the charming touches like the presence of donkeys and chickens. The hosts are commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a homely and welcoming atmosphere.

Guests universally applaud the cleanliness of The Coach House, often describing it as spotless and well-maintained. The high standard of cleanliness contributes significantly to the overall positive experience.

The property's location is frequently highlighted as excellent, with its proximity to the Arboretum and ease of access to various Cotswolds attractions. The serene setting is also appreciated, although one mention of a busy road suggests a slight deduction.

Comfort is a strong point for The Coach House, with numerous reviews mentioning the quality of the beds and the cosy atmosphere. However, a few guests noted issues with low ceilings and headroom, which slightly impacts the score.

Facilities at The Coach House are generally praised, especially the hot tub and the inclusion of an EV charger. Some minor feedback about the need for additional kitchen items and garden maintenance indicates room for improvement.

The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident in the provision of welcome packs and amenities like robes and slippers. While gifts are mentioned and appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches, while common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Website does state that properties are decorated for Christmas and I did email the owner twice regarding this and received no response. I wouldn’t have booked the property if I had known that it wouldn’t be decorated for Christmas. There wasn’t a basic welcome pack, no condiments, no oven gloves and no hooks downstairs for coats. Living room is a little sparse of furniture and could do with a few home comforts.

The property was spacious and extremely clean, even robes and slippers for the Hot Tub! We brought 2 cars and spoke with the owner on the day about parking and they were nothing but welcoming and accommodating to answer our questions. We would highly recommend staying here, a lovely break in a beautiful location. Thank you so much :)

It was so nicely done and spotless. We had a power cut and Emma came straight round and had a special box ready with torches and lit us a fire and kept us update with when the power would come back - she was so organised and kind! Thanks for having us
