This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.
This modern, two bedroomed first floor apartment enjoys a westerly aspect with a beautifully large balcony overlooking Swillbrook Lake providing BBQ and outdoor seating. Two double en-suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge/diner and kitchen area.
KITCHEN
Good range of white high-gloss units with built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, single oven and gas hob. Microwave, toaster and kettle. Fully equipped to accommodate four guests.
LOUNGE/DINING AREA
Open plan lounge/dining with table and chairs to accommodate four guests. There is a comfortable sofa, coffee table and television for your comfort. Two sets of double doors leading to the outside balcony.
This property has a put up bed in the lounge area that can accommodate one guest, if you would like to use this you will need to provide your own bedding.
BEDROOMS
Master double bedroom with bedside tables and built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower room. Double doors onto the balcony overlooking Swillbrook Lake. Further double bedroom with bedside tables and en-suite shower room.
ADDITIONAL
NB Please be aware that we are still building on Howells Mere and that Pochard is in an area with construction work still ongoing in the immediate vicinity. It is worth noting tht the building site is closed at weekends. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any aspect of the building works.
Spa use included. Outside balcony area includes a table and seating for four guests. Towels and linen included. Travel cots and highchairs provided, however we do not supply linen for the travel cot. Free Wi-Fi, gas central heating via radiators and allocated parking to the front of the apartment.
As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
