This stunning property comprises a dining kitchen, fully equipped with a double oven, hob and dishwasher; comfortable dining and sitting area, perfect for entertaining whilst cooking; the utility room off the kitchen has a washer dryer and Belfast sink, on this level there is also a shower room. In winter, the wood burning stove in the dining kitchen along with the open fire in the comfortable sitting room, will keep you nice and cosy. Perfect after those long Cotswold country walks

On the ground floor there are three good sized double bedrooms with storage and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. One of these bedrooms has bi-fold doors opening to a large deck and pretty cottage garden.

The house has off road parking for 2-3 cars, a boon in Blockley!
