Spacious house with well equipped kitchen & nice garden that gets the sun for most of the day/evening. Peaceful location & great for polzeath beach & Rock. Only negative was that the 2 single beds upstairs could be more robust & were quite squeaky when heard from the downstairs bedroom.

Well equipped and ideal for the disabled member of our party but something should be done to soften the numerous speed humps!
