Upstairs are the two bedrooms and family bathroom. The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom and a twin room. The cottage lies in St Issey a rural hamlet with a popular pub, the Ring O’ Bells Inn. Wander into the village for a filling dinner or why not head over to Padstow and sample some of the delicious fresh seafood? The town is either a short drive from St Issey, or an hour’s walk along the mostly flat Camel Trail. Further afield you will find 11 beaches within easy driving distance of the cottage, including those of surfing haven Newquay.

The hamlet of St Issey has a church, pub and village shop, and is located 3 miles from Padstow. There are a number of top quality beaches within 5 miles and the South West Coast Path winds its way through some of Cornwall’s best coastal scenery. Padstow with its famous restaurants, tranquil harbour and interesting shops should not be missed, and the Camel Trail is a great choice for walking or cycling from Padstow to Bodmin. Take the ferry across the Camel estuary to Rock, go surfing at nearby Polzeath, visit up-and-coming Wadebridge, or enjoy the fabulous Eden Project (20 miles) - the perfect base for a perfect holiday.
