The decking is an icerink when wet. The driveway is an accident waiting to happen and I actually witnessed the banks adjacent the house crumble away in a heavy rain. The house is in dire need of updating and looks like a throwback to the bad 70's, the furniture was uncomfortable and needs replacing. Very much not as advertised. To top it off after thousands of pounds spent on staying there the owner tried to blame us on her rotting door frame, and horrible lino that was falling apart previous to our arrival.

We found the house adequate and comfortable for our needs. It was very clean and well equipped. Good location to all the beautiful beaches. Lots of little touches provided by the owners to make you comfortable. Kerry is very friendly and helpful too. Weâve had a great time and definitely would like to visit again. Thanks again!

The epitomy of a home from home, with the kitchen being the focal point for family breakfasts and evening games The location was perfect for exploring this part of Cornwall but with Perranporth being less than 10 minutes away you didn't really need to travel far for a beach day We would highly recommend
